Due to the limited and handmade nature of our products and pantry sets, all sales are final. Please contact us within 2 days of receipt at hello@bodegamoderna.com should an item arrive damaged or defective along with images for review. Please allow our team 24-48 hours of contact for issue resolution. You must have written approval before returning merchandise. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Unless otherwise stated, all orders are processed within 3-5 business days of receipt from our New York facility. Pre-orders will ship as indicated on the product page and in your order confirmation. All orders ship standard ground shipping or priority mail within the United States, address dependent. For international orders outside of the US, please email us at hello@bodegamoderna.com for a quote. Customers are responsible for any import duties on international shipments.
Cancellations
You may request to cancel your purchase if your order has not yet been shipped. Please email your request to hello@bodegamoderna.com with your order information. Please note that a 3% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount on the order.
